Job Vacancy- Assistant to Health Manager at

Assistant to the Health Manager –

to support delivery of the Community Wellbeing Programme across Lowedges, Batemoor & Jordanthorpe in the south of Sheffield.  This is delivered under contract from Sheffield City Council and involves collaborative working with a range of partners to address inequalities in health and wellbeing.  The role of the Health Assistant is to support the Health Improvement Manager in promoting, delivering and monitoring health initiatives across the community.

Hours:           18 hours per week (based on FTE 37.5 hours)

Salary:          £18,000 p.a. pro rata (=£8,640 actual)

Term:            Fixed term appointment till 31st March 2018
